Scope and Contents
Newspaper of the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist (Charleston, S.C.), intended to be published on the 1st and 15th of each month. The scope of the paper is diocesan, regional, national, and international news relevant to the Catholic Church. Although not the official newspaper for the Diocese of Charleston (S.C.), the Register must have served so in a de facto capacity. Distribution of the newspaper is unknown, but likely limited to Charleston and the surrounding area. Editor: Father Joseph "Doc" O'Brien Asstistant Editor: Father J.J. May Business Manager: A. W.
